With four bedrooms, sleeping 8-10 people, this house is an ideal getaway for families, golfers or friends. The bedroom layout would suit up to 8 adults, or 6 adults with up to 4 children. 

The house has a large dining kitchen with table seating 10. There is a new dishwasher, American fridge freezer and Rangemaster cooker.  The spacious lounge area has a wood burning stove and smart TV. There is also a laundry room with washer/dryer and additional fridge. 

On the first floor are 3 large bedrooms, one with luxury ensuite, and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The attic bedroom has 3 single beds and a pull out trundle bed.
